Our Incident Response team of security incident experts is available to respond round-the-clock when the customer, a system alert or other indicators point to a possible compromise of the customer’s digital security. Customers may purchase Incident Response services whether or not they have equipment installed in a SAVVIS data center, and regardless of equipment components and architecture.
